Pair of Small White Milk Glass Oil Lamps with Painted Decoration - Sold

This is a pair of small antique white milk glass oil lamps, one with a white chimney, the other with a clear chimney. The lamps have a white base with painted classical scene with lute player serenading a lady. Each is marked 'Foreign' on the underside. It is rare to find a matching pair of these delightful lamps.

Date: Victorian
Size: They are each 90mm (3.5") long, 52mm (2") deep and 110mm (4.5") high.
Condition: Apart from the replacement chimney on the second oil lamp, they are in very good condition - please see the photographs for detailed condition.
