This is a large signed engraving of
the interior of Bristol Cathedral by Charles Bird, November 1892, published by Frost & Reeds of 8 Clare Street, Bristol. It is inscribed with a Wordsworth quotation to the bottom right:

"They dreamed not of a perishable home,
Who thus could build!"

It is also signed Charles Bird in the lower right corner.

Charles Bird (1856-1916) was a prolific Victorian engraver


The print is framed in its original oak frame with gilt slip and original glazing.
